Peacham Farmers' Market
Peacham Farmers’ Market runs from June 14th to October 4th on Thursdays from 3 pm to 6 pm on the Academy Green on Bayley-Hazen Road in Peacham Corner. With around 17 vendors each week, Peacham Farmers’ Market provides a wonderful and friendly farmers’ market experience.
In addition to the usual fresh and local produce, at the Peacham Farmers' Market one can find prepared food vendors, like master chef Derrick Samuels cooking up delicious Jamaican food. Shoppers can also browse the market while enjoying locally made ice cream and artisanal European pastries.
Almost every week at the Peacham Farmers’ Market, there are children’s activities, including storytelling, giant bubble blowing, and balloon animals. For the more grown-up lot, there is music by local artists. There are picnic tables and free drinking water so you can eat and relax at the market. You can even by a Peacham Farmers’ Market t-shirt or tote bag to help support the market!
If you are looking for something new and different from a farmers’ market, check out the vanilla lavender ice cream, the “tongue” pickles, the pickled wild ramps, the Reggae sauce, or the maple and elderflower rum!
