With the help of VFMA, the Vermont House has signed a bill allowing Farmers’ Market to advertise their market with signs (that do not exceed six square feet) on roadsides. The farmer’s market must be a member of the Vermont Farmers Market Association to ensure that the market is selling Vermont agricultural products.

This is first major victory for the VFMA! The Vermont Senate has yet to take up the bill.
